Terms and ConditionsTo use Pea World’s services, you must accept the terms and conditions of using this web site. Every user who signs up and creates an account is therefore agreeing to the terms below and will comply. Failure to comply will result in banning from the site by IP and suspending a user’s account.
The terms of using the site are as follows:
1. You will not post any inappropriate information or content on the message board, shout box, personal profile, fan art section, in any private message to any user, or anywhere else on the site.
2. Your profile will not contain any inappropriate materials. If such materials are found, the user will be swiftly dealt with.
3. Pea World can not be responsible for any content posted on the site by a user. We will try to deal with inappropriate content to the best of our ability, but we cannot be held responsible by what a user places on their respective profile.
4. You will not use any form of vulgar language on any part of the site.
5. You will respect all users and administrators.
6. You will not use any form of cheating, hacking, or botton on Pea World. Such activities will be punished to the highest extent.
7. Pea World will not be used for any form of spam.
8. Copyrighted material on Pea World, such as images, may not be used on any other site or publication without expressed permission from the site owner.
9. Please do not advertise another website. Such advertising without permission will be removed and the user warned. If there is a second offense with the same user, they will be banned from the site altogether.
10. Pea World reserves the right to change the terms at any time for any purpose.
